Erica Sinner is the Principal of LandSense Advisory LLC, a market expert, leader in product positioning and is well known in the industry for her knowledge of community performance in the Houston MSA. She has been in the new home real estate industry for 12 years working to price position projects, source land deals, and handles entitlements on undeveloped tracts. Erica strives to deliver quality data driven analysis that her clients can take actionable measures on and that fit the client’s specific needs.
